Process automation and operations
I find the most expensive manual work and replace it with a system that keeps running without me. I own corporate IT and automation in a construction and development group, and now development on its Odoo ERP as well. I am looking for a role in process automation or operations.
I take the work nobody has organised, turn it into a system, and own it when it breaks.

CAREER
Some periods overlap, and that is not a mistake: several of these roles were part-time, and DK Nades is my own project, running alongside the main job.
Construction and development group, Cyprus
- Run projects across corporate IT, automation and operational processes
- Built an AI invoice-processing system: 500+ a month, up to $30/month

WHAT I DO
Not a list of tools, but what I do to processes. Every line below has already worked in the cases above.
Automating routine
I find the most repetitive work and turn it into a system, keeping people only where a decision is needed.
Rolling out AI with control
AI as a managed operating model, not a chatbot: roles and rules, quality checks, models matched to the task by price, and sign-off for anything irreversible.
Approval flows
The system prepares and a person signs off in one tap; automated checks catch defects before anyone has to look.
Production reliability
Off-site encrypted backups with a tested restore, monitoring with alerts, and a watchdog on every process a user depends on.
Access model
A role catalogue in place of ad-hoc per-user assignments: 116 → 55 explicit assignments with nobody's effective rights changed, verified by before-and-after snapshots and a tested rollback.
Metrics and reporting
Honest numbers rather than convenient ones: separate real users from bots, pull data together, and make the report arrive on its own.
OWN PROJECT
My own video-learning platform in 8 languages. First a team of five and work done by hand; then I replaced the routine with a system — production, quality control and publishing all run unattended, and a person only approves in one tap.
Hand me the part nobody has sorted out
Open to roles in process automation, internal systems and operations in Cyprus, office or hybrid. Work authorisation is in place: no sponsorship required; direct employment is preferred.
